Method 1 · With a thread

Method 2 · With a ring that already fits
- 1Place the ring on a ruler and measure the inside width at the widest point, in millimetres.
- 2Match that width to the Diameter column in the size chart.
Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
