1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will
be processed on the next working day. Customers will receive an order confirmation email and, once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines Domestic (Within India):
Orders are usually delivered within 0–7 business days after dispatch.
· International (Outside India): Orders are usually delivered within 0–15 business days after dispatch.
· Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, customs clearance, and other external factors.
3. Shipping Partners & Tracking
· We partner with reputable courier and logistics providers for both domestic and international deliveries.
· A tracking number will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched, enabling real-time monitoring of shipment progress.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
· For Domestic Orders: Prices include
applicable GST. No additional charges are collected at the time of delivery.
·For International Orders: Customs duties,VAT, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are the sole
responsibility of the customer. AstroAura is not liable for these charges.
5. Address Accuracy
·Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of checkout.
· AstroAura shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Delays
· While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as:
o Courier or logistics delays
o Customs clearance delays (for international shipments)
o Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions
· AstroAura shall not be held liable for such delays.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products
· Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
· Any complaints regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@astroaura.market.
· Depending on the case, AstroAura Market may offer a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
